Mrs. Stevie Trotter, School Counselor
Hello! My name is Mrs. Stevie Trotter and I am the Professional School Counselor for grades k - 2. I am originally from Murfreesboro and happy to still call it my home. I have degrees from UT Southern, Middle Tennessee State University, and Tennessee State University. I am so excited to be a part of the Wilson family and I can't wait to meet your kiddos!
Classroom guidance:
Classroom Guidance is included in our students' Special Area rotation. During our forty minute Guidance classes, we will discuss topics such as friendship, study skills, safety, character education, bullying, conflict resolution, coping skills, career awareness, test preparation and other topics as needed.
Individual and Group Counseling:
I am always available for individual or small group counseling. I see students throughout the year at the recommendations of parents, teachers or other staff members. If there is something that comes up either at school or outside or school and you would like for your child to participate in individual or group counseling sessions, please feel free to email me at [email protected] or give me a call at school so that we can discuss how I can best help your child.
